10 Things You Need To Know Before Adopting A Bird
I have been given a copy of 10 things you need to know before adopting a bird. I have had the information read to me
or have read it myself and understand the contents therein completely. I agree to provide #6-#10 for the bird(s) I adopt
as part of my adoption contract with Pampered Parrots Avian Rescue. Failure to do so will result in confiscation of bird
and forfeiture of any donation previously made.
